Some people from Latvia have been checking this Blog in the past month. I say thank you. However I know little to nothing about your country. Which is sad to me, I wish to know more, but I can say that your largest city of Riga and it's 2.2 million population (according to the almighty Wikipedia) is larger than the entire State of Maine. So kudos to you! Also you have a lot of municipalities...
