Several years ago I read a book title In Praise of Shadows. I did not enjoy reading it, but it gave me a unique perspective on certain aspects of Japanese life and culture. Thus this posts title is in honor of that. Please enjoy this classical tune to compliment your picture reading!
I decided to go with that title mainly because of this picture, and the overall rainy-day feel of these pictures.
